Randy, I've looked at the peak stoves and had one on my first two trips. The problem I had was it would leak once in awhile. They may have corrected this problem by now though. Before you buy you should look into the Whisper Light stoves. They will boil water in 3 min or less and they use very little fuel. On a small 6 oz bottle you can cook many meals. The 6 oz bottle is all I take on a 1 week trip. Greg
