I will be making this trip staring 6/10 at Beaverhouse and ending sometime around 6/23 at Seagull Outfitters on the Gunflint Trail. I will be doing this trip solo and using a sea kayak. I have used Beaverhouse as my entry for years and have always dreamed of making the entire crossing. I am giving myself plenty of time to fish and enjoy the spirituality of this awesome land. I would be interested in talking to anyone who has made this trip or anyone who has done serious portaging with a kayak.
