I agree totally, I don't think people realize how fragile these lakes are, those 19-20" smallies take 20 years to get that size and one group of meat fisherman can wipe out a lake so badly it might never recover. I used to have several fish dinners in years past but now I limit myself to one fish dinner a trip of small fish. It is up to us to protect this awsome fishery through sound conservation tactics.
