47 degrees probably won't make a significant dent in the bug population, or help the fishing, but I'll bet everyone is happy to be able to dress for the bugs while cooler temps last. I've not been able to steal enough time to visit at all so far this year, and the withdrawal is killing me. (This would be a nice job without "needy" clients.) Working on this site when I can is as close to "wilderness" as I've been.

So, if you don't mind, will you allow me to tag along vicariously?

Since "we're" going to have great moon and sun cycle conditions for northern lights. Lets pick campsites with northern exposures and hope we get a good show or two. Or better yet, if the water is still, let's paddle out and enjoy the reflections all around us... D'oh! This just made it worse... thanks anyway... excuse me while I make some delicate phone calls.
