I was passing thru the archive's and saw your post. Turns out that we didn't go at all in the spring. My partner backed out and I was really busy with work. I heading out to Sarah Lake on Aug. 27 2000. We are going to base camp on Brent Lake and day trip from there. I want to check out Poohbah Lake one day, and do the Death March Portages on another day. Figured day triping in and out would be a lot easier that double portaging all that gear. Gone to do a lot of portaging on this trip. I'll post on the trip when I get back.
