I don't have access to the book now but:

It is "Quetico - Something, Something, by Shirley Pakila.. (sp), she either was a long term Quetico ranger or had someother long term connection (researcher) to Quetico.

I got the book at Prairie Portage and it was sold by "The Friends of Quetico Park", they likely have a web site which may give more info about the book.
