Re: Tripped in there Sept 15th

We spent a week long trip into Brule area. Based camped on Winchell. Looped out to Gaskin over to Omega and back one day. Spent two nights on South Cone and came out into the bay. To sum it up we saw many great sites, climbing up on the cliffs, watching the eagles, loons, and moose, Wide range of weather from the 30's up to the 70's, great smallie and northern fishing, and best of all little wind going in and coming out on Brule (thank you God!)We took two rookies with us this trip and it was a great experience for them. I think there are to more converts for the BW. I would suggest this area to newbies, it's rather friendly and easy. I would like to get my wife into the BW, maybe this would be a good place, did your wife find it appealing? I'm glad to know someone else that appreciates pancakes with berries, MMMM! Thanks for the report I may be back there in the future.
