What a wealth of good discussion about the BWCA versus Quetico - why we feel the way we do and how can we handle change - for the better or not. I had never realized the differences between the two, and - thanks Yeehaw -I will try to make the next trip up there. I think Greg also hit it on the head - we travel further to make the experience purer. Again, I had always been happy with the BWCA - part of it is the comfort knowing that yes, you are roughing it, but it's kind of nice to know that the plane makes the rounds every day! I used to get bummed out about that, until I thought about the storm - What would I do? Thanks for the great stuff - I've been out of touch for a month and was glad to see your responses.
