I never thought of that, Skip. It makes sense and I can see their side. It is too bad when political decisions cause so much trouble in regular folks lives. Personally, I've never begrudged the Canadian rules, quotas, etc. I think they do a pretty good job of managing the park and I hope it continues to be so.
