I have been to the BWCA/Quetico three times during the first and second weeks of July. The water was extremely COLD!!!!! I enjoy cold water and was in the lake everyday. By the end of June the water temp should in the low 60's near shore. The wind plays a big part in water temp. If it is calm the sun has a chance to heat up the first few feet of water. Have a great trip. I am going thru Silver Falls on July 7. If you have time when you get back, I would enjoy hearing about weather, fishing success and your trip in general.
