If I had as much trouble keeping my food cold as I do catching as many fish as I'd like, then I would be right in line with you for the 'frig.
They do have some nice portable ovens, both reflector and box ovens that we used to use many years ago. My dad made some awesome pies and bread on those camping trips, so that idea isn't as tongue in cheek as you intended it. Unfortunately I'm going up long before berry season, so you'll have to try it out and let us know if it was worth the extra trip over the portages.
I don't think I could bring along a TV unless it had a DVD or VCR so I could be sure to see at least a video of the Northern Lights and guys catching fish. I would sure hate to spend a week without getting my fill of that.
