Dwight: Might I suggest (since you prefer the bourbon) Makers Mark. It is much smoother than the Beam. Most duty-free stores do not carry it. (See redwax.com) One sip and you will be hooked. The chivas Regal on the other hand is perfect with a belly full of lake trout.
