Egg Muffins. Take English muffins, fresh eggs, a hunk of cheddar cheese, and some vacuum-packed, pre-sliced Canadian Bacon. Prep should be rather obvious, but I take one of those large square cast aluminum skillets. In it I can be frying eggs in one area, bacon in another, and heating a muffin or two in another, allowing me to turn out 2 or 3 at a time.
