Fisher claims to update annually. I've seen no proof of that. I have seen changes over the years on McKenzies. I'm no expert but save your money unless there isn't topo info on your McKensies. I don't know exactly when that was added. Erosion is an ongoing event but nothing ever really changes since beaver dams don't appear. Besides, it doesn't matter if we're talking Fisher, McKenzie, or gov. topos. They all seem to continue to have the same inaccuracies. You might consider the satellite image map put out by the Friends as a possible addition. Personally I didn't like the look of 'em so I don't have one for comparison. (Maybe someone here does?)
