We made a trip from Beaverhouse to Jean the first week in June and met up with some Boy Scouts from Kansas. They were having some trouble with maps/directions and stopped by our campsite on Jean for directions. It seems the guy who was suppose to lead the party broke his ankle right before the trip and had to turn it over to someone inexperienced in wilderness tripping. Anyone else encounter the scouts that week? Sure hope they made it out okay. Those tent caterpillars were something this year - are they that bad routinely?
