I was in that general area in 06/2000. I hope I can be of help.

We used Fisher F-3 map.

Farm Lake to Kawishiwi was a pleasant paddle. I was told there are walleye and northern all around the 10r portage on
Kawishiwi before the 160r into Clear Lake. It “looked” fishy to me but was too excited to stop. The 160r into Clear had a mud pit in the middle, knee deep in spots.

I was told:
First bay NE of the 160r into Clear has bass;
Walleye are between the islands and W shore;
Northern along E shore.
2 of the 4 sites on N shore are great. Island site is to be
avoided.

I experienced strong wind that kept me fishing from shore at the 1st site from the 160r portage. Caught lots of little northern (20” - 25”) and 2 ”keeper” bass. Site had dog feces all around it.

Please give me a couple of days to look up where I was on Bald Eagle and Gabro.
