The first trip I took in Quetico (5 days). was the S-Chain and the outfitter we used was Canoe Country Outfitters in Ely. The route was up Agnes to Silence the down through Summer, Shade and N. Bay. I would recommend this highely and we have used this outfitter for our last 6 trips including a 14 dayer this September.
