Jeff, water flows downhill eh? In this case I'm pretty sure that it's from Sturgeon to LLC :-) Actually my old Quetico map puts LLC something like 20 meters higher than Sturgeon. Beymer says it flows from Sturgeon to LLC. Other, more recent maps also put Sturgeon higher than LLC. I know from personal experience places lots of water flows into Sturgeon.
