Sturgeon Lake is considered as one of the finest smallmouth lakes in the world, along with the feeders and surrounding lakes. I have always done quite well in Jean, Burntrock and the other lakes all the way down into Sturgeon. To be honest, I have yet to find a lake in Quetico that doesn't have them.
