If you could count on moose being in the same spot all the time the natives would have got them already. Best advice is to get a topo map, a gallon of mosquito repellant, a bottle of your favorite beverage and be prepared to sit many early mornings along any marsh next to some thick bedding areas. IMHO they can show up anywhere anytime.
They have a tendancy to show themselves when your camera is packed away, or when you are doing 60 down the highway.
