Amoeber Lake off of Knife is a good bass lake, with short portages into Topaz and Cherry which are also good. Knife itself is good, or you could run up into Otter Track for more trophys. No numbers there but big ones. Amoeber has two campsites, a really nice one on the island and a so-so one on a little bluff at the south end. My novice friend caught a bass pushing 5 pounds in Amoeber, so I'm sure you can too.
