I was in there July 2000 and stayed on the same island as OM. On my way up Baptism Creek tried to line my boat and avoid a portage - it was a bad idea. It rained lightly most of the day on the way in and the wet bush was close and the bugs were pretty bad. It will take most of a day to get to the south end of Trouser so start early.
