Last July 3, my group of 4 camped at the site below Silver Falls. (The one that has grass!) At about 2am a gust of wind blew down a dead old white pine and it landed on one of our tents. Fortunately, the Great Spirit was with us and neither of the occupants were seriously injured.

Has anyone been through that area after last July and stayed at that campsite? I'm just curious if anyone saw it wondered how that tree fell or has any comments about that site.
