Be sure to see Louisa Falls on the south end of Agnes. About half up the falls is a nice narural spa whirlpool. If you were to portage on up to Louisa Lake there are some nice campsite on this lake. Beware though I have seen bears on the larger island to the north. Up in the north end of Louisa at the portage to Arp is a nice campsite with a beach. If you are looking for a more secluded place try the southend of Glaicer Lake. This is a great smallmouth lake. Or see a moose on the McEwen River. You could paddle all the way to the lower falls chain and loop around there. I think if you were to do that it would be easier to go up Agnes then come out thru Louisa Lake. Main reason is the wind. I was on Agnes my first trip to Quetico and fought a strong head wind going south all day. Id be glad to help you on any info you might need for that area.
