Sounds like me about 3 weeks ago (before my last trip). I had gone over my menu and grocery list about 6 times. Gone over my gear list about 6 times and then color-coded it. Pack and repacked a couple of times. Everyone in my group thought I was insane with how many emails I was sending out. It was a good trip though - already missing it, got the pics back yesterday.
