Saw Wolf scat on portage from Adams to Beaver Lake. Not surprised as the canyon between the two lakes and the large amount of caves in the granite cliffs between the two lakes.
A spooky, but very cool portage. That alone makes it worth the trip to the Boulder, Adams area. Beware Roe Lake. The lake ends to form a difficult bog to find your way through before you find the evasive portage to Cap lake. The waters' low and this year it's a little more difficult to find
