Portage Description:
For clarification I am talking about the western portage from Sturgeon to Russell. As a topo map would show this is a very steep portage, going up and then down about 120 feet through the forest. Besides the steepness this is an easy portage.

A great lake with many campsites and great fishing by the falls.
