Buckeye My son and I had a blast.  Even if it rained all day.  The boy is hooked that was what I had been hoping for.

This place, by any stretch of the imagination, does not equate to a BWCA paddle. However, when you are locked into this area of the world, it is better than nothing. I have made this trek many-a-time. There is a castle, built by hand over a large number of years, that is more than "worth the journey". ( (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links)) It really is a neat story.
Back in my early years, we did not canoe the river, we floated.
Two truck tire innertubes, one for me and one for my cooler of beer.

FLOAT ON!!
