dd, Somebody need to rescue that clown in the baseball hat/t-shirt/shorts that all the networks have been showing in Galveston The guy is yelling at the waves and generally acting the fool. I guess it's true, the Good Lord looks after drunks/druggies and fools!

With Ike bearning down, I can pretty much promise there will be plenty of water to paddle in my area for a few days. So, if your headed south, bring along your canoe. Who knows, we might even get you into rescue mode ... just for something different to do. dd
