It was clear, I just clicked the link in the first paragraph to see the whole thing... then I realized that all the photos were from Allagash. Do you have any pics from the adventures other side of the border?

It may have not been clear from the report, which was a piece of a report from a larger trip, but the Allagash is in Maine, USA, not Quebec.

Great report. We have done the allagash for the past three years and stayed a some of the site you did. We have start at Bissonette bridge the first two years and at the dam this year.

We lined the Long Lake Dam the last two years instead of portaging it.

If you try is again do Chase and continue down the St John at least to Peletier's campground the rapids are great.
