So I just got some maps from Maptown and some are black and white. Is this common? The one that's black and white is with Paull, Wrist, Mexican Hat... One that I would think is a very common map.

The Canadian topos covering Woodland Caribou PP are downloadable as pdfs or tifs from:

These are standard 50k topos.
I think the tiffs are geotiffs that can be loaded into mapping programs like Fugawi Explorer.
You are correct that they can be loaded into such programs - I have been following people's WCPP trip reports on the Toporama maps from that site by loading them into Memory Map. -tom

BTW: This is one of the few existing maps I've run across that shows the access road to Lund Lake EP (McIntosh Road--NW of Red Lake)
Other "drive up" access points named on the map are Leano and Onnie lakes (SW of Red Lake). Unnamed on this map is Johnson Lake (approximately where the word "Suffel" appears in Suffel Lake Road.
Of course, these are not the only EP's, but I'm guessing these EP's conservatively handle 75-80% of the total park traffic.

Today, I got clearance from park staff to make publicly available some of the information that has been passed on to me. So, here is Part I.

This is a mock-up for campsite locations (both confirmed and unconfirmed). This one is a bit grainy, but will give you an idea of some of the work that is in development at park headquarters.
Part II (to come) has a bit finer resolution (and some of the lake names) and uses an exclamation point as the campsite reference.
