Gee, I wonder what that makes my lightning pack, that hangs in DP's retail store, worth.........the owners know of no other that has been struck by lightning making it possibly the only one in existance. I guess I should have put it on ebay for a price.

P.S. Duluth Pack has documentation that could verify a time frame in which that pack was made. I believe it was made before Duluth Tent and Awning bought Poirier's patent in 1911 so it is at least 100 years old......but 50K, I'll pass

Ummmm, is this guy smoking crack? Just because something was patented in the 1880s, doesn't mean it was manufactured then. Did I miss where he proves the age of this particular pack?
All he needs is one idiot to pony up some cash. I bet if you offered $1000 it would be yours, no questions asked. I also bet you'd find it's nowhere near as old as advertised.
