MT, This was an excellent recommendation for those of us who enjoy good historical writing. Life & times of the horse tribes is remarkably pulled together in this enlightening account. Thanks for the referral, MT! Jimbo

Quanah Parker and the rise and fall of the Comanches, the most powerful indian tribe in American history. This is a fabulous read. One of those books you just can't put down. It only re-enforces my belief that "life is to short to read fiction".
