I, like JJS have the one that uses Scripto lighters as a cartridge. Works especially well when you modify the lighter for a larger flame.

I got a Soto last year. It's a bit different. Doesn't have the extending head like the link shows. Mine is almost a right angle to the body of the lighter.

But it works great. Very simple to use. Produces a nice flame that's more wind proof than a Bic type alone. Only slightly more bulky than just the Bic itself.

Looks like a winner to me especially the extendable head. I have had some trouble lighting gas burners with the torch style lighters though. They don't seem to work as well as the standard Bic style lighter.
