Great book by David Pelly who has studied and traveled with the Dene and Cree of the Hudson Bay area. Great account of Ernest Oberholer and Billy Magee's epic journey to Hudson Bay in 1912. Filled with facinating details of these First Nation's people and how they lived and interacted with the bustling fur traders and missionarys working in that area. Highly recommended!
