Could be it got pulled over a few beaver dams while heavily loaded.
Turn it over with the gunnels supported and check if it flexes any.

That water stain (in the very first photo) looks pretty bad to me. I have those same kneepads. They were great!

That third photo? Oofdah. Why do people beat their tools like that? I don't think that's a good price at all.

When I spoke w/ the owner, he was the 3rd owner and did not know the circumstances around the cracks. He had it for 18 months, paddled the hull half a dozen times, and had no issues to speak of. Reasonable guy.
I should say that the asking price is: $1200. 
I guess this is a good price but, the boat is 22 years old.

Hard to come to a conclusion from the photos. The two photos showing the inside of the hull are so different in hue. Dark kevlar is an early sign of photo degradation. Whitish uneven kevlar is late stage. The cracks appear to be in the foam core- could be insignificant, could be major. It would take pressure from the gunwales or sides to crack the foam- like folding a taco. If it just cracked the foam not so significant- if the pressure caused a lack of adhesion between the layers or between the foam and the cloth it could be problematic. Did not know that Wenonah was building carbon boats in 98.

it's hard to tell without a good photo of the bottom of the hull, but it looks to me like this boat was spent a good deal of time in the sun and is in the latter stages of UV decomposition. Someone then tried to address this by slathering on epoxy.

I wonder what happened. Did someone jump on it when it was upside down, or there was a boulder at the center when launching and the boat teeter-tottered with weight at one or both ends? Looks like someone put down a layer of glass and shlopped down some epoxy (messy)... what does the outside look like?
