Our move got delayed for a couple of months due to unforeseen circumstances, but we moved in a couple of weeks ago and are getting better acquainted with the area and our new (to us) neighbors. If you’re in the area, let me know and we can share some BBQ…

I moved to Western NC and love it here. That may be too far east for you, but it is a great area for outdoor recreation.
