I have been a registered QJ user for over a year and have never had any problems with my account... until the last few days.  My account won't stay logged on.

When I log on it says that I have instant messages, but when I try to read them it tells me that this feature is only for registered users and I see that I am now listed as a Guest.  I run into the same problem when trying to use other QJ functions.  

I know that my computer is supposed to download two cookies, but I can only find one of them, even while it says that I am logged on.  I set my browser to always allow cookies from QJ, but this didn't solve the problem.

I use Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6.0.  Additionally, my computer is running Spybot, Ad-Aware, and Norton AntiVirus if that makes any difference.

Have other people had this problem, and is there an easy fix that I haven't tried yet?  Help!
