I use a hand-me-down Leatherman. It was my dad's for years until he snapped the file out of it, and he replaced it with one of the Gerber tools. It's old enough now to be opened one-handed, and the blades keep an edge pretty well. While the file would be nice to clean up the hatchet blade now and then, so far I haven't missed it.

I like the Gerber tool, but the Leatherman was free, and the thing is pretty much bulletproof. I don't see it getting replaced anytime soon.
