It's for all personal beef products.  It's tit-for-tat that Canadian officials play with American officials.  Was up at the angle to fish this winter.  Went through border just North of Warroad.  Was asked about any beef in the car.  We said "no".  Up at the resort, everyone we met who said yes was refused entry and sent back to Warroad to dispose of the beef and then take another try at the border.  Word had it that some dumpsters on the North side of town had mighty fine pickens this winter.  The Canadians wouldn't even take it from you---they just said "turn around please".  The resort operator on Oak Island told us they had to bring their beef in by boat, snowmobile, airplane as the Canadians refused them even temporary (1.5 hr. transportation time accross Canada) en route from Warroad to the Angle.
