My girlfriend and I have been "testing" different freeze dried meals all winter to see which ones are acceptable.  Also found a dinty moore turkey dinner that comes non-refridgerated in a plastic TV dinner type container.  You can throw the whole thing in boiling water for a few minutes and it comes out pretty good.
