After reading this thread I went out to WalMart last weekend and purchased tuna , chicken , and chili in foil and tested them for lunch.  The tuna mixed with mayo and relish made a great tuna salad sandwich. The chili was a 10 oz package(Sweet Sue) and was very tasty.  Mixed with a cup of pasta it would be enough to satisfy me for the entre.  I was too full to make chicken salad too, but it's on next Saturday's lunch menu.  Thanks for the great ideas.
