My personal favorite dessert is Jello cherry-cheesecake.  It's easy to fix but pretty weighty.  I definitely want to try the rice pudding and baked apples mentioned on this thread.  I'm not sure what the purpose of the tsp. of lemonade powder in the rice pudding is.  Can you share any insight Bannock?
