Here's one of my favorites:

Rice Pudding

1 cup Minute Rice
1/2 cup raisins (or other dried fruit bits)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup Instant Milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon Lemonade Powder

At Home: Bag all ingredients together.

In Camp: Add mixture to 2 cups boiling water. Stir. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes. 4 servings.
