I always take a couple packs of these   (You need to Login or Register. This type of cracker is as popular to the Swedes as bread is to Americans. They stay crisp, do not stale and won't get mold (at least for the time your out). They are great with sliced deli and cheese. Also make a good base for peanut butter and Herseys. Very handy for those lunch stops when you are checking out a campsite.
