I believe there are potato Pancake mixes, which would be the easiest. Otherwise ...
Potato Pancakes Box of Dehydrated Hash Browns ¼ c. Minced Onions (optional) ½ cup pancake mix Rehydrate the potatoes and onions. Mix pancake mix with water to make thin pancake batter. Add the potato/onion mix to the batter. Use 1/2 cup of mix per cake. Fry like pancakes. |
