Other than Fresh walleye browned in a skillet with a little butter, oil, and various mouthwatering spices...  ;D ;D

   My favorite meal is generally prepared our first evening in the BWCA.  for the last two years, we have prepared Zataran's Jambalya with Petit Jean (Local Brand) Smoked Italian Sausages, with either pita bread, or bagels...   Nice and spicy to get you fired up after the first day of paddling...
    For Breakfast, it is hard to beat Pancakes, with squeeze butter and Strawberry jam from the Squeeze bottle, and smoked bacon...  Hot coffee with Irish Creme Flavoring...  mmmmmmm good...
