Hey old_salt...  no bronzed lemon-pepper walleye to go along with that, bronzed cajun walleye??? ???   And I have been watching the food network way too much lately, but... I want to try some of Emeril's original Essence on them too... sure makes everything else I cook mighty good...  Ahhh... Nothing like Gormet Cooking in the BWCA....  And as far as the Baked Trout... Hopefully, I will be able to try it this Summer ;D ;D ;D
