I'm not sure if this is what this new forum is exactly intended for, but....

Is anyone in the Milwaukee area planning on attending Canoecopia?  I'd like to perhaps carpool with others in the area, if possible.

This forum, while I expect it may be used very little, is about rendezvous. Be it Copia, a local get together, the "BWJ/R", an actual rendezvous on a trip or the beginning of a trip (friendship) between adventurous souls. As solo has become my preferred method of travel, my favorite trips usually included a rendezvous or two at some point.

I did my last Q trip with Tripper. It was a trip both of us always wanted to do and neither of us would consider doing solo. Plus neither of us knew anyone stupid (or smart) enough to go with us.

As Copia draws closer... I may have missed plans for a gathering of folks from the board. (Of course.... I may have been missed intentionally. LOL). Anyone having open gatherings?
