Cool!  I'll give it a shot-

Where do you live? Northwestern Ontario
Approximate number of previous nights spent canoe camping? 150+
Do you have the gear or use an outfitterer?  always had my own, never used an outfitter- think I know the park better than many of them!
Preferred/Typical party size? usually 2, up to 8- the more the merrier!
What length of trips do you do/available to do? 4-10
Preferred season? open water
What % of the trip do you travel/base camp? depends on the mood
What difficulty level do you go for? challenging, but not killer- still haven't had the guts for Bonhomme-Sauvage yet!
What area of the park are you most familiar with and do you want to spend time there or explore new areas? pretty well all of it- would like to spend more time in the south-central area- usually go in from N or W

Paddling
Bow or stern preference? bow, with a distinct penchant for telling the sternsman he's off course:)
What is your paddling rhythm? in my head- automatic, really.
Paddle the shoreline or beeline? both, depending on the mood
How nasty of water are you comfortable paddling in? pretty nasty- the nastier the better! I get a sick thrill from scaring my sternman in big waves:)
Do you have strong navigation/map skills? yes.  never been lost, never intend to be.  If you don't know your way around a map and compass (GPS does NOT count) you shouldn't be allowed out in the woods.

Portaging
Do you usually single/double/triple/or? portage? double, always with the intention of doing it in a single- where do all those packs come from??
Do you carry everything on your back, or alot of hand carry? mostly on my back, paddles in hand, camera at the ready
How well do you handle the mountain goat portages? like a mountain goat
How well do you handle the boot sucking bogs? try to plan my trip to hit these in hot, dry weather to avoid said boot-sucking

Camping Style
Would you rather cook or wash the dishes? definitely cook- I'm known for my avoidance of dishes- would rather do any camp chore than do dishes (that said, I still end up doing my fair share!)
Fresh or dried foods? combo- first few days fresh, then start to dig into dried.
Cook over a fire, or over a stove? stove- try to be light on the land- esp in areas with lots of traffic
Cook breakfast or breakfast bars? depends on the mood
How many fish meals do you like to have during a trip? a few- don't usually hyave much luck for walleye though- I'm not a great fisherman, and I think my sternsman gives off walleye repellant!
Hang the food pack or ground it? ground, far from camp, and not between my tent and the canoe (ie escape route)  never had a bear problem yet!
Axe? Saw? Both? both
Sit around campfire all night OR wake at crack of dawn? (or both) definitely sit around the campfire all night- where else do you get views of the stars like that  (4 years in a row was in Quetico for the peak of the Perseids- incredible!)
On a travel day, what time do you like to hit the water? 8-9ish- my trips are pretty relaxed, schedule wise.  that said, I'm not a slow paddler:)

Fishing
How much time do you like to spend fishing? not much- would rather read a book while the sternsman fishes:)
Which species do you like to go after? walleye
How much tackle to you bring? small box- almost pocket sized
Are you good with a fillet knife? not really

Misc
Do you have any medical conditions to be considered? no
Level of alcohol consumption? moderate- depending on the company:)
Are you a smoker? nope
Is photography high on your list? yep- most of my best have been taken in Quetico
Do you like to go after pictographs? yep
Do you like to go after waterfalls? yep
Do you like to go after the northern lights? yep

Personality
If the bugs are bad, will it ruin the trip for you? no, just make it more memorable- I'll never forget the sight of 6 of us walking in quick circles around the fire eating dinner to outrace the bugs:)
What weather conditions are difficult for you to deal with? none really- just come prepared.  Being windbound for 3 days though gets a bit tiresome
If we've got a problem, would you rather discuss it or bury it? discuss
Other than illness or injury what events or conditions would make you want to quit a trip early and head home? nothing really- its an adventure, and I love adventure!
